What I do

I’m a behavioural scientist, qualified menopause coach, and health behaviour expert with fifteen years’ experience designing digital health tools that help people change.
Through one-to-one online coaching, I work with people - especially women in perimenopause - to understand what’s really getting in the way of change, and to build habits that flex around real life. Together we’ll trade guilt for understanding, rules for intuition, and willpower for skills that make healthy living feel natural, not forced.
